The location was excellent, right in the heart of

the old city, which made it easy to walk to several local attractions. The warm hospitality of the staff, especially Nim, truly stood out. The only downside was a bit of noise from children playing outside, but it didn't detract much from our stay overall.

The warm breakfast prepared by the lovely staff felt like home, and our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the serene swimming pool after exploring the vibrant city.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in a spacious Deluxe King Room. The hotel was in a great spot, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially to our kids, and the breakfast had delicious options that we all appreciated.

In my wife's opinion, the pool was a bit chilly for the kids. A warm-up before their swim would have made it better.
